WHO WE ARE
"The goal of Martin & Associates is to provide and experience-based product to our clients - a quality product, addressed in a professional manner, that is both timely and affordable."
~Tom Martin

Our Investigators and consultants have completed dedicated careers in or with agencies across North America and Europe, specializing in homicides, missing persons, and various forensic fields including scene analysis, forensic psychiatry, and forensic pathology. In 2011, retired homicide investigator Thomas J Martin established Martin & Associates Investigations to offer the public an option for complete, thorough, and expertly conducted investigations and case reviews. With Supreme Court Qualified Experts in crime scene analysis, forensic psychiatry, and forensic pathology, along with our investigative specialists, we can truly say that no investigation is too complex for our team.

GENERAL REVIEW PROCESS

Our investigators and/or Supreme Court Qualified Experts review the documents (disclosure) that you submit to us, and put together a findings report that includes errors, omissions, and/or notable factors to be further investigated in the case.
Once approved by our client, these recommendations can then be pursued in the second phase of each case. They often include statements, numerous investigative techniques, following previously or recently discovered leads, obtaining further disclosure, and working with our client to determine the next steps for the resultant information.

RESULTS

Each case is different- some require a few days for a simple review and analysis of police disclosure.
Others may require weeks or months in order to conduct a complete
re-investigation of a crime/scene, with statements, analysis, and expert opinions in preparation for any involved process in court or other legal remedies such as a request for a new investigation or an inquiry.

Every investigation is approached thoroughly with the utmost integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
